Dr. Kurosh has always been on the cutting edge of technology. He uses the latest digital radiography, along with one of the latest Carl Zeiss Operating Microscopes. Dr. Kurosh has written a thesis on the development of a Novel Web-based patient charting software for Endodontics.

Dr. Kurosh currently serves as a faculty instructor for UCLA Endodontic division and, on most Wednesdays can be seen at UCLA teaching students and residents. Dr. Kurosh is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society.

Dr. Kurosh is a root canal specialist who attended high school and college in Irvine, California. After receiving his Bachelors of Science at the University of California in Irvine, he went to Los Angeles and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the UCLA School of Dentistry.

To further his knowledge and skill in Endodontics, Dr. Kurosh invested three additional years at the University of Connecticut’s Advanced Dental Education Program in Endodontics under the guidance of world renowned Endodontists Dr. Larz Spangberg and Dr. Kamran Safavi. Dr. Kurosh was honored to be the only person selected to be Chief Resident of his program for two consecutive years. During his residency, he also received his Masters of Dental Science from the University of Connecticut.
